The Journey-
The time I take to really learn how to be a great educator will end up growing me into a great teacher. Everything I grow into is because I have incubated and really taken time to become great.
Enters the egg:
The Principles-
Inside the egg there is albumin and yolk, the membrane, and chalazea that help me grow and develop into the educator I desire to become.
The chalazea is what keeps me straight and pointed in the right direction, the principles of good education.
The yolk is everything I learn and take in that nourishes me into a good educator.
The albumin is doctrine that helps me stay focused and in line with good and true teaching.
The Tools-
So first off, we have chickens, they are like our professors, mentors, and everyone that is going to help nurture us on our journey to becoming great.
We are expected to develop and grow all the while our Mentors are there to protect us and help us flourish, our nest if you will.
Once we have all of these things in line, we are set up to be great educators, we hatch out into the world and begin to apply what we know.
And then as we go along our way we eventually come full circle and become mentors to others who are starting this very journey.
